Lab: Task-Based Practice

Goal: Use an assistant to complete a real or sample work task.

Time: 15–20 minutes

Steps

1) Choose a task (email, summary, extraction, rewrite). 2) Draft a prompt with role, task, constraints, and examples. 3) Run, then ask for a critique. Apply 2 changes. 4) Validate against your definition of done. Iterate once more.

Deliverable

• Final output and a brief note: what worked, what to change next time.
